The Sanctuary is a very peaceful place with wonderful views of the Ozark Mountains to refresh your mind and spirit. The owner and staff are some of the friendliest, kindest and most hardworking people you will find anywhere. My hats are all off. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Beautiful Christmas decorations help us get into the Christmas spirit. When you stay with us, we will also send you lots of information that will make your stay in Branson even more fun, such as where you can buy 2 for 1 tickets to most shows, where you can buy 2 days for the price of 1 for Silver Dollar City, great places to eat near the resort and our review of the show. This review is our personal opinion of the 70 shows and attractions we saw. We liked the show, what kind of entertainment was it, what band was fun and would we go back to see it again? This will help you a lot in choosing your entertainment while in Branson, especially if you don’t go to Branson very often.

When you look down on the deck from most areas, you see condos, streets and lots of people, and you hear a lot of noise, but not Notch Estates. We do not have an indoor pool, gym, hot tub, shuffleboard or mini golf course. What we have is 150 hectares of wood around the property that you can explore. We have a beautiful 5 acre lake in the valley below the Notch Estates condos. It’s about a quarter of a mile walk on a nice trail, but not for the faint of heart. When you’re there, you can look in all directions and see the natural beauty of the Ozarks. There are no buildings visible. Getting there is easy, but coming back will determine what kind of mood you’re in. You’re welcome to fish (and there are some great fish), but leave it there for our next guests to enjoy.
The beautiful Ozarks change every season. It’s quiet here in Notch Estates, with no passing traffic. There are two large inns with grills available to you and a children’s play area. There are also grills in each of the condos. We also have a fully equipped building with a kitchen and a large room that seats up to 60 people for you to prepare for a group dinner. We have a basketball goal and a horse court, but you need to bring your own shoes. We have two pools, one is a large pool (8ft deep) with plenty of space to sit and relax next to the lodge. The other is a small pool (5 meters deep), perfect for small children or if you want to relax and get a good tan. The view of the Ozarks from this pool is spectacular, and they are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day every year.

Bring your bikes, skateboards or rollerblades and ride the ¾ mile on our private drive without worrying about traffic. Don’t be surprised when you wait for turkeys to cross the street or when you wake up to a raccoon outside your window. You probably have chipmunks and chipmunks playing on the deck and you see dozens of different birds; you might even see some deer.
If you like the water, there are several marinas within 15 minutes where you can launch your boat or rent various types of watercraft. We also have a car park where you can store your boat and trailer at home.
You can walk from Notch Condominiums to Silver Dollar City in 5 minutes or be in the heart of Branson in 10 minutes. What a nice place!
You can enjoy dinner, a great show and a cruise on the Showboat Branson Belle just minutes from the condo.
