Once sealed, the closure cannot be reused to create a vacuum seal, although it can serve as a temporary closure for short-term storage. The strap can withstand many uses and should be hand washed to prevent corrosion.

Yes, this item can be used for pressure canning. Statement: Temperature, pressure, time and lid tightness can affect the success of the pressure canning process. Errors in the process can cause damage to the item.
I won’t be ordering them again for some reason. 1. Poor casting quality. 2. Several jars have broken lids and one has cracks in the threads. I looked closely at the jar and packaging and saw no shards. These issues do not appear to be a shipping issue, but a manufacturing issue. 3. Almost all jars have moisture and a musty smell in them. 4. The caps do not inspire confidence and do not appear to be easily interchangeable with other production caps. I like that the jar has a simple design with no decoration or branding. I also liked that it was available.

First, these lids and bands will NOT fit other wide neck jars, nor will Kerr or Ball lids and bands. Furthermore, it all buckled in the same process during canning, while Kerr and Ball in the same batch came out fine in the same process. Waste of time and product for you. The setback was big because I got most of the products from Webstaurant so far. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!

I appreciate that this order arrived safe and sound. Using the product alone is not a good standard and I do not recommend it. If you use it to hold flowers, great. If you use it for canning, look elsewhere. I have had this set for a year and have fewer glasses than when I started. The glass is quite thin and I thought it would limit the durability for the sake of durability. (I had a few cracks in the fridge.) Also the lids are brand specific, they DO NOT fit Ball jars. It’s worth skipping this brand unless you’re desperate for disposable cups.
They are great for all your mason jar decorating needs. We think they add a great look to our cold brew, nitro, or any cold beverage!
I decided to try these Choice Wide Mouth Tumblers because the brand names are often out of stock. They come decently packaged and look like typical tin cans. The rings and caps look to live up to expectations. There are a few swirl lines here and there on the glass, but hopefully they work well. I’ll let you know when I try them out!
