We are happy to consider renting our home for your visit to Branson. We are Judy and Leroy Schmidt and live in Greenwood, MO near Kansas City. We have three daughters, two of whom attended college in southwest Missouri. We have enjoyed making memories in Branson as a family and this investment felt like the right way to go. We’ve had experience with vacation rentals since we previously owned small apartments in Branson, but with our older daughters getting married and grandchildren, we decided it was time to buy a bigger place where we could all live together. There is no place on earth like Branson, Missouri! We used to own two condos at The Suites at Fall Creek, but sold them and bought this house so our growing family could have a place to live together. It has the perfect combination of comfort, convenience and value. We hope you will agree and that staying here will make your visit to Branson even better.
The location can’t be beat! Quiet neighborhood but less than 5 minutes to great shopping (Target, Walmart, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, Kohl’s, Michaels, to name a few). Other bonus features include in-house laundry, full kitchen facilities, sleeps 10 (plus one baby), each bedroom has its own bathroom, vaulted ceilings for an open and bright feel, and all new towels and linens. There’s even a high chair and pack-n-play for your baby or toddler! Amenities include swimming pool, tennis, golf and clubhouse. and Branson Rec Plex across the street. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest, so you can be sure that you will be greeted by a fresh and clean place during your stay in Branson. We built the cabin to be a fun and relaxing place for our family and friends. It is perfect for large groups, family reunions and church groups. Sometimes we go to Branson and stay home and enjoy the country setting, read and relax.
We love the mountains and relaxing atmosphere of Branson Missouri. It has always been one of our favorite vacation spots. We want you to enjoy this cabin as much as our family did.
We always enjoy Table Rock Lake, fishing, card games in town, and shopping at Branson Landing. We have visited the dam many times and always enjoyed it there. We enjoy many shows and events in Branson Missouri. There are so many things to do that you will never be bored. If you want to relax at home, this is the perfect vacation home. We love the location of our cabin. You don’t have any cabins, it’s built right into the side of the ridge. Once you arrive, you’ll love how quiet and peaceful it is. We love that our cabin has upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and a separate floor plan. In our opinion, it offers a large cathedral ceiling and an overall larger room size, which is larger than other cabins. We also love to see beautiful and peaceful views of forests and mountains from our windows. My parents, Randy and Kay, had been married for almost 45 years when they lost their lives in a house fire in 2015. The left side of the cabin, purchased during construction in 2006, was their pride and joy. My brother and I now enjoy that cabin as memories of our parents and children, Mimi and Grandma. My brother and I have carried on the legacy of owning this cabin and are now very excited to own this aspect and share it with more people. Also, now we can each take our whole family and cover both sides! My parents had three grandchildren, ages 8, 13, and 16; and a grandson, now 12 years old. My father, Randy, was an electrical engineer retired from Southwest Bell, and my mother, Kay, was a former legal secretary. I am a CPA and my brother Russell is a business entrepreneur in the commercial real estate industry. After the death of our parents, we work together in several family businesses.
Branson has been a favorite vacation spot in our family for years, starting with my parents. 3 and a half hour drive from our house in Little Rock. We have enjoyed vacationing in Branson for over 30 years, so purchasing our original cabin in 2006 made sense considering all the hotel bills we had paid over the years. Now that my brother and I are raising our children, we also enjoy the cabin and are very happy to have purchased this piece next to the cabin our children have known all their lives. Mom loved Christmas and decorating! My parents enjoyed traveling to Branson on the weekends to decorate the cabin for guests, and I am continuing the tradition and look forward to decorating this cabin for Christmas as well. We have made it a tradition to start the new year in our cabin. We usually come on New Year’s Eve to take down the Christmas decorations and then come to welcome the New Year. My scrapbooking girlfriends enjoy the cabin every February for Mom’s Weekend. Sometimes we decide to “chill” the trip – sure, we can do a little shopping, but spend most of the time in the cabin watching movies and visiting. Now that our family owns both sides of the cabin, I can have up to 12 people come over each year!

Our cabin is located in a cozy, wooded area in the center of town and minutes to almost every show, attraction or restaurant in Branson. This is a 2 unit cabin, our family is the original owner of the left side purchased in 2006 and we are now excited to own this side as well and share it with you. If this cabin is not available for your dates, please message me to the contrary. Rent the entire place to sleep up to 12! Our entire family gathers at the cabin in June to celebrate family birthdays in June and July. At this point our son Moomba brings his boat
