Activities For Dads And Sons

Activities For Dads And Sons – I’ve written in previous posts about how we all try to find balance in our lives as parents. I want to make sure I have time to be a really great dad while still maintaining my identity. Being involved in her school, doing fun activities around the house, and going on special dates with my daughter are all very important to me. But I also need time to myself to do things that keep me sane. I need to go out for a beer with my friends, play my music or get motivated to go to the gym.

The biggest challenge in finding this right balance is of course the lack of time in our day. Finding enough time for everyone’s needs can often seem like a losing battle. I’ve found it helpful to have a list of things I want to do not only for myself, but also for my children. Make this list and stick to it. Sometimes it just makes sure I have time to sit down and listen to a new album that’s coming out. Or watch a movie I really want to catch. But it also helps when you spend time with your children. I looked around and found some great father son connections that I want to try. We will do this one week at a time for the next 10 weeks. There are no excuses. There is no hope. Next thing you know, we’ve made some really good memories together and had a lot of fun too. So, here are 10 father-son bonding activities to try with your little man!
